Carlos is first and foremost a terrific human being and a stand up guy. He was great go work with, always responsive at a moments notice and willing to go above and beyond. Carlos is a perfect blend of calm, knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional and respectful. Buying in Tucson was quite different to my many experiences in NY City and NY State but Carlos was always calm and understanding when I vented my frustrations in explaining how things are done in AZ. As a result we completed the whole process from visiting the home we ultimately purchased (including mortgage application: and approval) to closing in just five weeks. He has continued to stay involved introducing me to various movers, contractors etc. I would concur with pretty much everything else said by others in previous reviews.

Carlos is by far the best realtor i could have had to help me in the process. Always available and helpfull. When we called him he always answered and responded back always. Very polite and respectful and very professional. Thanks to him the process was very smooth and helped us understand the whole process and meanings of things we didnt understand.

Carlos was so great to work with! He helped my wife and I with our first home purchase and was knowledgeable, patient in answering any and all questions we had, was always reachable and quick to respond, and helped us through the entire process with ease. What could’ve been very stressful and overwhelming process, was instead a very calm and easy process and we truly felt he always had our best interest in mind and we couldn’t be happier to have worked with him. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell! Carlos is your guy!!!

I had the privilege of having Carlos as my realtor. He was referred to me so at first I wasn’t to sure what to think of him however after getting to know him, I would not want to work with anyone else. He never gave up even when I felt like giving up and went above and beyond for me and my family. Whenever I would text or call he was there to answer without hesitation. He created a home viewing video once when I wasn’t in town and he would meet me at houses at the drop of a text. The lending company that I worked with was horrible and Gad the worst communication but Carlos got the job done anyway. He made sure he remained in constant contact with them and even made calls to my precious lending company I worked with to clear my file and was able to get my clear to close after the lending company kept putting my my deal at risk. The best pet of working with Carlos is he always had a positive attitude and genuinely cared!!!. I don’t know of anyone else who would go above and beyond the way Carlos did for me I 1000% would recommend Carlos.

My experience with carlos has been one of the best. Overall carlos has been my biggest support even when things didn't seem well. Very positive, on top of things, very responsive, and noble. I would highly recommend carlos to anyone especially for first time home owners because he walked me through everything and made it possible for my first home. I cant thank him enough and for anyone giving him a chance you will not regret it!!!
